When Alejandro (Mono to his friends) dies of pancreatic cancer he leaves behind a difficult challenge for his brother and two closest friends to contend with. Somehow they’ll need to find a way to emotionally and financially support the young daughter he left behind without the carefully constructed bonds of their childhood friendship collapsing under the crushing weight of his absence. Will “uncles” Fernando, Ruso, and Mauricio rise to the occasion, or will the shared pain of their loss prove too great an obstacle to overcome?
